You will speak with homestay owners, guest-house owners and property owners, explain how Aangan Stay works, and help them list their property on the platform. Most of your day will be on calls; some days you will visit properties to help with photos and listing details.
What you will do
- Call property owners from our leads list (50–80 calls a day) and explain Aangan Stay simply and honestly.
- Follow up on WhatsApp and calls until the owner decides.
- Help owners create their listing: photos, description, price, house rules, check-in/check-out times and bank/UPI details for payouts.
- Visit properties in and around the Tricity when needed to verify the property and help with photos.
- Keep every lead updated on our leads board: called, interested, follow-up date, onboarded, not interested.
- Answer host questions about bookings, payouts and cancellations, and pass anything you can't solve to the team.
- Find new property owners through local contacts, Google Maps and referrals.
What we are looking for
- Clear and confident spoken Hindi and working English. Punjabi is a big plus.
- Comfortable making many calls a day and handling "no" politely.
- Basic smartphone and computer skills: WhatsApp, Google Sheets, email.
- Honest and organised: you note every call and follow up on time.
- Graduate in any field (or in the final year).
- Own two-wheeler and driving licence preferred for field visits.
Good to have
- Experience in tele-calling, inside sales, real estate, travel, hotels or online travel companies.
- Contacts with homestay or guest-house owners in Himachal, Punjab or Haryana.
What you get
- Fixed monthly salary + incentive for each property that goes live.
- Travel allowance for field visits.
- Training on the product, the calling script and host onboarding.
- Work directly with the founder in an early-stage travel startup.
- Strong performers can lead the host team as we expand to new cities.
Working days and hours
6 days a week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
